Additional Guidelines
CLUBS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO
BE ABLE TO
PARTICIPATE
- Working toilet facilities
- Hand sanitizer
- Sign in / out sheet for all players / visitors
to sign
- Disinfectant spray and disposable towels for
cleaning equipment
- Clubs must adhere to the guidelines set by the
league
ESSENTIAL RULES
- No more than 30 persons to be allowed on /
around green
- All players/visitors MUST sanitize
hands upon entering/leaving the premises
- All players MUST sign in/out
when entering/leaving the premises.
- Full
name and telephone number must be provided.
- All players MUST disinfect
all equipment before/after playing
- Players can share a jack/mat during a match
should they wish, however, if a player or club feels uncomfortable doing
so and wishes to use own jack/mat then this must be adhered to. In this
instance, an ‘up to date’ jack does not have to be used
- DO NOT shake hands

Travel should be
minimised but can take place for the purpose of sport and physical activity.
Car sharing is permitted
- Players take responsibility for their own
actions
- DO NOT attend a green if you feel
unwell or have any COVID symptoms
- Any Player who has any symptoms within 14 days
of attending a green you MUST seek medical advice and
also inform the league.
- Player safety is our biggest priority. Treat
all players with respect at all times.
- If a
player wishes to take further steps to ensure their own safety, please
respect their wishes
All clubs must follow
the guidance set out by the BCCBGA:
IF
ANY PLAYER OR CLUBS BREACHES THESE GUIDELINES, THEY RUN THE RISK OF
BEING THROWN OUT OF THE LEAGUE. LEAGUE FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
